BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
BOOKING A CASTLE
- When you have decided which castle suits your occasion please call us on 9863 3622, 0423 120 036 or email us at info@jumpsafecastles.com.au.
FEES & CHARGES
- Supervisors are available and are recommended for public occasions or sporting events. $40 p/h during the day and $45 p/h after 5pm.
- A night time fee applies when booked after 5pm
- Midweek specials availble
- A concrete or indoor fee of $30 applies, which includes safety mats and sand bags.
- Generator Hire is available:
4 hours - $100
8 hours - $130
- Cancellation fee applies if not due to bad weather and if not given 24 hours notice.
- We insall and dismantle free of charge.
- The castle must be in the same condition when we set it up. If the condition of the castle is different to the way it was given, you may be charged a fee.
GROUND REQUIREMENTS
- The area where the castle is being held must be 1 square metre bigger than the actual castle.
- To deliver your castle we need access of at least 1metre in width.
ON THE DAY OF HIRE
- We will go through with you a Safety check to insure you are 100% satisfied.
- Please do not move the Jumping castle once it has been installed.
- The setup of the castle will take approximately 15 mins and 20mins to dismantle and remove.
- You must let us know if the castle is not going to sit on grass. Failure to advise may cause the cancellation of your hire. Please read the Terms & Conditions.
- No food, shoes, drinks, lollies or sharp objects inside the castles AT ANY TIME.
- Please ensure that the smaller kids are separated from bigger kids while jumping.
